Join Downtown Colorado, Inc. (DCI) as we and our friends at Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU) Colorado, American Planning Association (APA) Colorado, Economic Development Council of Colorado (EDCC) and American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) Colorado enjoy the gardens at the Emerson School Building, a historic rehabilitated Capitol Hill school turned non-profit shared space.
